l\u2019exc\u00e8s de peau de fa\u00e7on circulaire autour du bas du tronc afin de retendre l\u2019ensemble de la silhouette.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019intervention se d\u00e9roule ensuite en deux temps op\u00e9ratoires.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le premier temps de l\u2019intervention consiste \u00e0 remonter les fesses afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer leur position et leur galbe. L\u2019exc\u00e8s de peau est ensuite retir\u00e9 au niveau du bas du dos, au-dessus des fesses et sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s afin de retendre \u00e9galement la face externe des cuisses. Lorsque le volume fessier est insuffisant, la graisse pr\u00e9sente au niveau des hanches peut \u00eatre mobilis\u00e9e et redescendue pour remodeler la r\u00e9gion et augmenter la projection des fesses. Le retournement du patient ou de la patiente constitue une \u00e9tape importante de l\u2019intervention. Cette man\u0153uvre est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e selon un protocole strict et avec la plus grande prudence. Une fois le retournement effectu\u00e9, une nouvelle pr\u00e9paration op\u00e9ratoire est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e selon un protocole antiseptique rigoureux afin de d\u00e9buter la seconde phase de la chirurgie.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La phase ventrale correspond \u00e0 une plastie abdominale classique. Elle permet de retendre l\u2019abdomen vers le bas tout en remontant le pubis et la face ant\u00e9rieure des cuisses.
