style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette intervention s\u2019inscrit fr\u00e9quemment dans un parcours de transition de genre et constitue souvent une \u00e9tape importante pour de nombreux patients transgenres. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La chirurgie consiste principalement \u00e0 :<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">retirer la glande mammaire<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">red\u00e9finir le contour du thorax<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">repositionner et redimensionner les ar\u00e9oles et mamelons si n\u00e9cessaire<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">harmoniser l\u2019ensemble de la silhouette thoracique<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019objectif est d\u2019obtenir un thorax plat, naturel et proportionn\u00e9, en respectant l\u2019anatomie et la morphologie de chaque patient.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La technique
